that the Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires to
be maintained for three years

10. Place your home on the Nationwide
Internet via www.Realtor.Com
11. Place For Sale sign(s) at high
visibility locations and when appropriate, create specialized

12. Make duplicate keys when necessary

14. Review the computerized information
on MLS and mail you a copy for any corrections
15. Write and place ad in: The Real
Estate Homes Magazine, and the RE/MAX Louisville Magazine.
16. We try very hard to make it as easy
as possible to schedule all showings.
17. We will fax or email detailed information
to any interested agent.
18. Once notified by you we will seek
and review every showing and forward those responses
to you either by phone or e-mail.
19. Contact the agents and get feed
back for you about their showing.
20. Immediately return inquiry calls,
faxes or emails Fact Sheets to potential buyers
21. Contact you every other week with
verbal progress reports or through e-mail.
22. Research and review Marketing Activity
each month.
23. Evaluate market changes and suggest
price change if necessary.
24. Schedule, advertise and staff open
